Romans 8:26-27, In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.

There are some challenges you face and there won’t be words capable of expressing how we feel or what you need at that time. 

Also, some people withhold the details of their prayer request either out of fear of condemnation from the prayer group, or out of shame and regret for the things they are about to request.

Sadly this isn’t supposed to be. Why, because the Body of Christ, the church, is supposed to be the ground and pillar of truth (remember truth does not condemn but rather makes people free).

God doesn’t want you to get lost or be crushed by the weight of your challenge. He wants you to come to Him with whatever burden.

Here’s how to share your unspoken request:

1. Come before God’s throne of Grace in confidence of His love and power – don’t be afraid to locate a prayer network

2. Believe that God will hear your unspoken request

3. Value the power in the number available for you to pray in agreement

4. You don’t have to go into every detail. Share just enough for others to pray with
