Morning Prayer for Today – Let Me Build Team Spirit

Almighty God,

You are the Godhead, made up of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit working in unity and holding the world together.

Please give me the wisdom to develop a good team spirit in working with others and producing great results.

You are saying in Hebrews 10:24-25:

And let’s consider how to encourage one another in love and good deeds, 

Not abandoning our own meeting together, as is the habit of some people, but encouraging one another; 

And all the more as you see the day drawing near.

You are also saying in 1 Peter 4:8-10:

As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the multifaceted grace of God.

Holy Spirit, I know you live in me. You are not a Spirit of timidity but of boldness, love, and intelligence.

Therefore, I ask for you to demonstrate your wisdom and power through me the next chance I get.

Please fill my mind with constructive ideas to share when necessary.

Please help me build good working relationships with my leaders and colleagues at all levels all the time.

Let me be bold enough to represent and speak when I need to.

I know you are with me, Holy Spirit, and I have overcome my fears and limitations by your power.

I declare that I am unstoppable.

I declare that I am fruitful.

I declare that I inspire others, motivating them to be the best at what they do through the results I produce.

Thank you for answering me, Father.
