Morning Prayer for Today – I Can Do It, With You

My Jesus,

Thank you for the grace to spend time with you like this.

Thank you, God, for loving and gifting me with unique abilities that set me apart.

Please give me the grace and the confidence to step out and be the best I can be every day, and everywhere I go.

I am reading your word in 2Timothy 1:7:

For God has not given us a spirit of timidity, but of power and love and discipline.

Lord, I often give excuses when I should be engaging in myself more because I am afraid and not confident enough.

I want to go out there, be a solution provider, and make a difference in the world, but I struggle with insecurities.

I am your child; therefore, I have the spirit of love, power, and a fertile mind.

Your word also says in Philippians 4:13:

I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.

Therefore, I declare that I can do all things through Jesus Christ. I receive the confidence of faith to be productive.

I refuse to look down on myself any longer. Jesus lives in me. Therefore, I am capable of excellent performance in whatever I do.

I will no longer run away from responsibilities and assignments nor settle where I don’t feel fulfilled.

I will be bold to stand up for what I believe, pursue my passions without fear, and put my hands to good use for God’s glory.

Father, let me never forget that regardless of how things go in my life or what anyone thinks of me, you love me and will never leave me.

In Jesus’ name, I pray.
