Morning Prayer for Today – Bless My Relationships

Father God,

Thank you for the right people in my life. I am grateful for family, friends, colleagues, children, and great neighbors.

One of life’s greatest treasures is having the right people on your side when everyone else walks away.

Thank you for old relationships that continued until now and past ones that served their purposes and ended.

Bless those who have been there for me both in the past and now. Reward each one according to their kindness to me.

Lord, as I begin this new chapter of life, bless me with the right people to be positioned for my good at the right places and times.

Your word says in Ecclesiastes 4:9-12:

Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor; if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion. 

But woe to the one who falls when there is not another to lift him! 

Furthermore, if two lie down together, they keep warm, but how can one be warm alone? 

And if one can overpower him who is alone, two can resist him. A cord of three strands is not quickly torn apart.

Lord, your plans are always good, and you often use different people to accomplish them.

So, please order my steps this year. Let me be there for those who need me at the right time.

Separate me from unhealthy relationships and connect me with outstanding individuals.

Let us bring light, love, and healing into each other’s lives so that your name alone may be glorified in us.

In Jesus’ name, I pray.
