Morning Prayer for Today – Be With Me, Lord

Dear Heavenly Father,

I find sweet comfort in your presence and promises each time I look into your Word.

Today, I am contemplating your words in Psalms 37:23-24:

The steps of a man are established by the Lord, and He delights in his way. When he falls, he will not be hurled down, because the Lord is the One who holds his hand.

These words bring inspiration and hope to my heart because I know they are about your children, those who have put their trust in Jesus.

Through faith in your Son, Jesus, you gave me the gift of righteousness that I could never earn by myself, with access to a life of divine intervention and fellowship. 

Therefore, Father, today I pray and receive your support as I do my business. Hold my hand and keep me above the storms of life.
