Dear God,
On this day of love, I want to pause and come before You with a heart full of gratitude. I know that You are the source of all love, the Creator of the love that fills my life and the lives of those around me.
Thank You for Your love that is unchanging, constant, and all-encompassing. I am so blessed to be the recipient of Your deep, unconditional love, and today, I want to reflect on how Your love fills me in ways I can’t even fully understand.

God, I lift up all the relationships in my life today – my family, friends, and the special people who are close to my heart. You have surrounded me with people who care for me, and I am so thankful for them. Whether we are together today or separated by distance, I ask for Your love to be present in every connection.

I know that Your Word says, “Let all that you do be done in love” (1 Corinthians 16:14), and I pray that my actions and words toward others reflect the love You have shown me. May my love for others be a true reflection of Your love.
Lord, I ask that You strengthen the bonds I share with the people I love. Help me to nurture these relationships and make time for the people who matter most. Whether it’s a kind word, a thoughtful gesture, or simply being present with someone, help me to express my love in ways that make them feel valued.
Help me to remember that love is not just about grand gestures but also in the everyday moments, the little things that speak louder than words.
God, I pray that You guide me in loving others selflessly. Your Word reminds me, “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs” (1 Corinthians 13:4-5).
I know I fall short, Lord, but I ask for Your help to embody these qualities more every day. Help me to be slow to anger, quick to forgive, and eager to build others up rather than tear them down. Help me to love with humility and grace, putting others before myself and showing the same mercy that You have shown me.
Today, I also lift up those who may be feeling lonely or forgotten. I pray for their hearts to be filled with Your love, the kind of love that heals wounds and brings peace.
I know that Your love is never distant or out of reach, and I ask that You surround them with Your presence today. Your Word promises,
“The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18). May those who feel lost or alone be reminded that You are always near, and Your love is more than enough to restore their hearts.

Lord, I also take this moment to reflect on Your love for me. You loved me so much that You gave Your only Son to die for me, and I can’t ever express how deeply thankful I am for that.
“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16).
This is the greatest love story ever told – the love You have for me, a love that sacrificed everything so that I could have life with You. Thank You for this love that I can never earn but always receive.
As I celebrate this day, I want to ask You to continue growing love in my heart – for others, for myself, and for You. Help me to see love in every situation and to remember that love is the greatest commandment.
As Your Word says, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind” (Matthew 22:37). I want to love You with everything I have, and I ask You to guide me in doing so with a pure and open heart.
Thank You, Lord, for being the ultimate example of love.
Today, and every day, I celebrate the love You’ve shown me, and I pray that I can be a reflection of that love to the world. May my heart overflow with Your goodness, and may I share Your love with everyone I meet.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
