Dear God, from Whom all good things come,
You are the author of and provider of our lives. We believe that You love us completely and unconditionally and that nothing we can do can separate us from You.
You have said that we “will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living” (Psalm 27:13). You have said, “Ask, and it shall be given to You” (Matthew 7:7).
Matthew 10:29-31 says:

“Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside Your Father’s care. And even the very hairs of Your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; You are worth more than many sparrows.”
Matthew 10:29
Armed with these promises, I come before You in faith and confidence to ask for relief from what ails me, whether it be a problem with health, finances, relationships, or my struggles.
Lord, the road I walk is so hard sometimes. I know You understand every bit of my difficulty. I know You understood it as You walked the road to Calvary, suffering to save me. Please come and comfort me now, and let me know that You are with me as I bear my cross.
I believe You will hear me and not let me suffer without bringing glory to Yourself. You will give me “a crown of beauty instead of ashes” (Isaiah 61:3). You give us all Your good gifts.
Thank You for giving me relief, in whatever form that takes. I understand that all things work together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).
I know that You have promised heaven to those worthy of it. Thank You for loving me enough to show me Your goodness in this life.
With gratitude, I pray.
Amen.
