Morning Prayer for Today – Strengthen Me, Lord

Dear Lord,

You are my hope and my strength. I can always rely on you when my strength gives way.

Your word assures me in Psalm 31:24:

Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all you that hope in the LORD.

Today, I choose not to feel helpless even in uncertainty. You are with me and will help me win.

Lord, as I embark on all my projects, I receive your strength for successful completion.

I submit my weaknesses and limitations before you. 

I have realised that my strength can only sustain me for a while. But with you, I will soar high above every limitation.

So, Lord, I trade my weaknesses for your strength. I exchange my lack for your abundance.

I trade my sorrow for your joy and my pains for your peace.

Over my body and health, I receive strength.

I receive your strength in my soul and my mind.

And pray for anyone who needs strength in any area of their lives today. Please, Lord, strengthen them.

Thank you for answering my prayers.

In Jesus’ name, I pray.
