Morning Prayer for Today – Increase My Faith

Faithful God,

Thank You for loving me with your everlasting love. Before I was formed in my mother’s womb, You knew me and had good plans for me.

You have guided me all these years, so I can be all You planned for me.

Thank you, especially for the salvation of my soul. I enjoy so many blessings because I am Your child.

Lord, my prayer today comes from Luke 17:5:

The apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith!”

I come before You today asking that You increase the debt of my faith, Lord. 

Father, I see from your word that there are boundless possibilities in Christ that I desire to also experience in my life, and I need to grow in faith to access them.

My human nature is often focused on limitations around me that I fail to believe and act as I should.

I am pondering on Your Word in Hebrews 11:6:

And without faith, it is impossible to please Him, for the one who comes to God must believe that He exists and that He proves to be One who rewards those who seek Him.

Lord, I know you love me regardless. And today, I repent from displeasing You with my lack of faith in Your love. 

Lord, I put my trust in You and know that You can do everything. My faith in You is strong, and I receive the fruits of my faith henceforth.

Thank You, Father, for I know You have done it.

I pray in Jesus’ name.
