Morning Prayer of Trust

Heavenly Father,

You are a great God. You always do what You say You will do. Thank You because I can believe in Your word, which will be fulfilled in my life.

Today, I pray that You will help me to stand on Your promises.

The Psalmist rightly says in Psalm 135:13:

“Your Kingdom is an everlasting Kingdom, and Your dominion endures throughout all generations. The Lord is faithful in His words and holy in all His works.”

Father, Your dominion is everlasting, and Your words never fail. I trust in You, Lord, and I hold on to all You have said concerning me.

Even when my emotions try to deceive me, when my mind is clouded with doubt, or when the voices of this world try to convince me otherwise, I will not waver. I choose to believe in what You have declared over my life.

Despite contradicting circumstances, I remember and stand on Your promises over my life daily.

When financial burdens weigh heavy on my heart, when doors seem to close instead of open, when discouragement whispers that I am forgotten—Lord, remind me that You are my provider, my way-maker, and my ever-present help.

When sickness tries to shake my faith, I will remember that You are my healer. When loneliness creeps in, I will hold on to Your promise that You will never leave nor forsake me.

I am reading the encouragement in Hebrews 10:23:

“Let’s hold firmly to the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful;”

Lord, I believe in Your faithfulness and am persuaded that You will fulfil Your promises in my life. Even when waiting feels like an eternity, when my prayers seem to echo back in silence, I will not be moved.

I will trust that Your timing is perfect, that Your plans for me are for good and not for disaster, to give me a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

Let my hope be renewed today. When disappointments attempt to erode my faith, when I see others receiving their breakthroughs while I am still in the waiting room, help me not to grow bitter but to trust that You have not forgotten me.

Strengthen me to keep confessing Your promises and not succumb to the pressure to speak on the contrary.

When frustration rises and I am tempted to speak words of doubt, put a guard over my mouth, Lord.

Let my words align with faith, not fear. Let my confessions remain aligned with what You say about me. Instead of saying, “I will never succeed,” let me declare, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

Instead of saying, “I am alone,” let me confess, “The Lord is with me wherever I go.” Instead of saying, “I am not enough,” let me proclaim, “I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”

I am standing firm on Your promises, and no matter how long it takes, I receive the strength to wait until I receive my miracles and testimonies. Give me the grace to persevere, Lord.

Let my heart not grow weary. Let me not give up right before my breakthrough. Help me to remember that sometimes the darkest hour is just before the dawn and that my waiting is not in vain.

Thank You, Lord, for I know Your promises are true. You are not a man that You should lie, nor the son of man that You should change Your mind. What You have spoken, You will accomplish.

I declare that my testimony is on the way, my season of joy is approaching, and my faith will not be shaken.

I give You all the praise, for I know that in due time, everything You have spoken over my life will come to pass.
