Morning Prayer for Today – I Speak Life Over Death

Lord Jesus,

You have said that you are the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in you receives life, and death has no power over them.

You said in John  5:24:

“Truly, truly, I say to you, the one who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.

Therefore, standing on these words, I declare victory over death in my life today by the power of your name.

Your word also says Exodus 12:13:

The blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you live; and when I see the blood I will pass over you,

And no plague will come upon you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt.

Lord, I plead your blood over me, my family, and all my affairs. Let every verdict of death issued by the enemy against us not stand.

Lord, I pray for our preservation from every natural or unnatural disaster or accident this season.

You are the place of refuge for all. Therefore, I am running to you today. Keep me and mine safe from all harm and destruction.

And I will live to declare your salvation in the land of the living.

In your name, I pray.
