Morning Prayer for Today – I Break Free

Lord Jesus,

You are the chain breaker, my Savior and Deliverer.

It is not your desire that anyone stays bound by the devil or by any life’s circumstances.

Your said says in Acts 10:38:

You know of Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed Him with the Holy Spirit and with power,

And how He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.

Lord, today I call upon your name for my freedom from every form of captivity in my life- my health, family, finances, business, and everywhere else.

Your word says in Philippians 2:9-11:

For this reason also God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, 

So that at the name of Jesus, every knee will bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 

And that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Therefore, Lord Jesus, I stand upon the authority of your name and declare that my chains are broken.

I break free from the power of guilt, fear, condemnation, addictions, and everything that the enemy plants to destroy lives.

I also pray for any believer needing to break free from the limitations placed on them through past experiences or the devil.

Let their chains fall off today, and let them walk in the liberty that only you can give, Lord.

Fill our hearts again with joy, gladness and peace. Let us see ourselves the way you see us, enjoying the blessings of your glory forever.
