Lord, today I ask You to reunite our family so that we may live in peace and loving relationships with each other.
Thank You that we had lived through many beautiful moments and were able to maintain unity even when adversity and illness came.
Let nothing separate us from each other, nor from You, Jesus. Thank you for always being with us.
You know our hearts, plans, longings, and impulses. Nothing is impossible for you. You can see the whole picture.

- "You're in our prayers" has become a cliche
Reach out with your love into our relationships and draw us into your embrace so that we will serve you with all that we are—each for himself and all together as a family.
No longer will they teach their neighbor, or say to one another, ‘Know the LORD,’ because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest,” declares the LORD. “For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more.”
Jer 31:34
You see where our views differ the most. Grant that we can find a common language and allow healthy freedom to each member.
In You, Jesus, we can achieve this because you are love itself.
You are our foundation on which each of us is grounded, the rock that gives us a safe haven.
You created each of us with the greatest possible love.
Let us always keep this before our eyes, especially when we judge and assert our will to the detriment of others.
Let us be honest and respectful when setting boundaries in our relationships.
Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.
Eph 4, 2-3
We ask You to heal the wounds we have inflicted on ourselves. Let us stop holding grudges.
Lord, show us how to create a safe distance when it gets too painful. You know what we need most at times like this.
Cleanse our hearts so that they will radiate Your love and Mercy.
Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.
Romans 12:9
Lord, may spontaneity reign in our family. Show us how much time we should spend together so that unity will grow between us. Show us how to strengthen it.
Teach us to pray sincerely for one another and encourage us to pray together.
May the Lord direct your hearts into God’s love and Christ’s perseverance.
2 Thess 3, 5
Teach us to speak words of encouragement and mutual affection, resolve disagreements, and always seek Your truth. Let us learn to help each other and contribute to the community.
And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.
Kol 3, 14
Nothing is impossible for you, Lord.
Even if we have strayed on our family path or encountered insurmountable difficulties, You are always the one who will intervene and show us the way back to unity.
Shower us with your Mercy in such moments because you, Jesus, are Mercy itself.
Amen.
