Dear Lord,
Your Word says in Jeremiah 17:7–8:
“But blessed are those who trust in the Lord and have made the Lord their hope and confidence.
They are like trees planted along a riverbank, with roots that reach deep into the water. Such trees are not bothered by the heat or worried by long months of drought.
Their leaves stay green, and they never stop producing fruit.
Father, I trust you to take care of me. You have never failed, and I know you never will.
In these trying times, please let me stand firm like a flourishing tree planted by your design.

Let my life produce fruits that prove your faithfulness to those who trust you, no matter the changes in the world.
I will not fear the economic situation nor the political and social issues meant to discourage me.
Today, I reaffirm my trust in you to care for me, Lord. Therefore, my heart will be at peace as I continually delight in every blessing around me.
In Jesus’ name, I pray.
Amen.
