Dear God,
Thank you for being my sure foundation. I will not be displaced with you, no matter the storms of life that may come.
Please give me the strength to remain joyful and confident in you even in my highs and lows.
I am contemplating your Word in Hebrews 13:5-6:
Make sure that your character is free from the love of money, being content with what you have;
For He Himself has said, “I will never desert you, nor will I ever abandon you,” so that we confidently say,
“The Lord is my helper, I will not be afraid. What will man do to me?”
Lord, sometimes I feel like I can’t hold on for much longer as life seems more complicated by the day.
I can’t deny that the struggles exist here and there- the lack, the frustrations, the fears, and the anxieties trying to weaken my faith in you.
Yet, I can trust you with all my heart, no matter what. Therefore, I won’t give up.
You are faithful and will see me through to the end.
Lord, I refuse to accept what the devil offers because you are my only help and reliable Source. When you give, you give it with joy and peace.
Let the light of your face shine on my heart and grant me the strength to persevere through whatever trials are on my way now.
I know you set my life on the right course, so I will not fear.
Thank you, Lord.
