The Religious Freedom & Business Foundation reports a significant increase in Fortune 500 companies incorporating religious diversity into their workplace policies—85.8% in 2024, up from 40.4% in 2022.
The adoption of faith-oriented employee groups has also grown by 68% in two years. American Airlines and Accenture lead the charge, with American Airlines recognized as the top company for religious inclusion.
Cedric Rockamore of American Airlines highlighted their commitment to a supportive, diverse environment where all team members can thrive.
The data shows a notable rise in companies featuring religion on their diversity pages—94%, up from 92% in 2023. Additionally, 97% sponsor employee resource groups for faith and beliefs, and 87% provide spiritual care services.
Brian Grim of RFBF notes these companies as role models, urging others to adopt similar practices to foster inclusive work environments. This trend underscores a growing corporate commitment to embracing and supporting religious diversity.
