Morning Prayer for Today – Let Me Stand Strong

Dear Lord,

I thank you because You are my rock. You are an immovable, unshakable, and faithful fortress. 

You have proven reliable in times of trouble and my only sustainable source of strength.

I am contemplating your word in Daniel 11:32:

And by smooth words he will turn to godlessness those who act wickedly toward the covenant, but the people who know their God will be strong and take action.

Let me be strong when the enemy tries to trick me into turning away from you, whether through life challenges or false pleasures. 

Let me be joyfully confident in you, no matter the circumstances because You are enough.

Let me be among those who know their God and actively stand firm against the wiles of the devil around us.

Help me walk by faith in your truth and not my feelings. Please help me to see your hand in the affairs of life as an opportunity to experience your miracle in my life.

Thank you, Father, for loving me. Even when I fail and fall short, You whisper Your unfailing mercies into my soul and remind me of Your unconditional love.

Thank you for strengthening me today and every day forward, Lord.

In Jesus’ name, I pray.
