Good morning, Heavenly Father,
I enter into this day You have gifted me, and I lay before You my body, this wondrous temple of Your Spirit.
I desire for my entire being today to be for Your glory, as an act of living worship.
Therefore, I ask you, Father, through Your great mercy, that I may offer my body today as a living, holy, and pleasing sacrifice to You. Your Word encourages me:
“I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.” (Romans 12:1)
May my every action—from work to rest, from conversation to silence—become an act of praise.
Your Word teaches me that even the simplest things can become a prayer: “So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” (1 Corinthians 10:31)
I know that this devotion begins from within. Therefore, I pray for a heart without poison, for a vigilant spirit, that I may know how to guard my thoughts and desires, which are the source of my actions.
“Above all else, guard your heart, for from it flow the springs of life.” (Proverbs 4:23)
I am aware that there are forces that wish to destroy Your work in me—through self-destructive habits, comparisons, and false images of what I should be.
But I hold fast to Your promise and the authority You have given me in Christ.
“Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you.” (Luke 10:19)
In this authority, I declare today that my body, Your temple, is a sacred space that I will defend from all that defiles it.
“If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy him. For God’s temple is holy, and you are that temple.” (1 Corinthians 3:17)
Lord, my deepest desire is that the health of my soul would be reflected today in the health and strength of my body.
May Your word be fulfilled for me: “Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul.” (3 John 1:2)
In Jesus’ name.
Amen.

Amen Jesus i repent.
